GoogleI was the purchaser in a transaction which was protracted since the vendor had problems with her purchase and the chain kept collapsing. All in all the sale from offer acceptance to completion took some six months. Daniel of Curchods was a pillar of strength during this tedious process providing good ongoing information as to the current situation and, amazingly, kept the whole transaction bubbling. I can thoroughly recommend this agency.

GoogleOwen from Curchods came out and valued our home he was very professional the photos ect were well done and show cased our home perfectly. Graham delta with the the sale of our property he updated us after every viewing. Our house was sold within a week. (subject to usual contracts ect) Would fully recommend Curchods.

GoogleWe have used Curchods over the years and we have always found them to be efficient and professional at all times. Within 1 week of making contact my house was valued, photos & floor plan completed, on the market & advertised, numerous viewings and offer accepted for a price we were more than happy with!
