Googleunable to cancel, keep getting charged, customer service is useless.
Hi there, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, which resulted in leaving us a review. We can see your attempt to cancel in January for your last business number with us - and then you did get charged again. We have immediately refunded the amount paid on 19th January. It looks like you had one seat left in your account but the cancellation didn't go through - which has now been processed by you. There is a red 'Cancel' button in the bottom left of your Dashboard, and you can email us/speak to us on Live Chat to cancel your account - there are multiple areas in which you can cancel, but that said - we apologise if you found it difficult. Our Live Chat is available between 9-5pm, Monday-Friday, too, for any issues you may have had during your account. Thank you for using our service over the past year, and apologies if you felt the service fell short of what you expected. We wish you and your business well.
