Oliver Harwood is an extremely professional surveyor (and Fellow of the RICS) and a thoroughly decent, capable and generous individual who I know contributes a lot to local society well beyond his professional role. He thinks very clearly and has the patience, perspective and expertise needed to give advice on complex challenges. His writing is impeccable, another vital skill in achieving good outcomes.

It's been a pleasure to do business with the MortgageKart team, yet again. Amol, and his team are extremely responsive in seeing your application through, in trying to get the best deal for you, to lay out your options for you in helping you make a decision - and keeping you posted all the way through. They are proactive in getting updated and better rates, as you are going through the conveyancing process. It's been a pleasure - and I would recommend for people to certainly have a talk with them, when you are considering your mortgage options.

Reliable, Effective & Trusted Mortgage advisors. I had a fantastic experience in a very smooth and quick processing for a BTL mortgage and I highly recommend MortgageKart specialised team who are very transparent & effecient in managing the entire process of my mortgage from application to completion without any hastle. Amol & Viveks Team not only ensured a smooth completion of the mortgage but provided expert guidance on the best product available, financial guidance and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with a product that meets needs and is cost effective.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mortgage Kart to sort out a particularly complicated commercial mortgage, and we I am beyond impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Mortgage Kart managed to simplify what initially seemed like a daunting task. Their expertise and approach transformed a complicated mortgage process into a seamless experience. One of the standout aspects of their service was securing a below-average market rate for our mortgage. This alone was a significant benefit, saving us considerable money in the long run. Even after securing the mortgage, their follow-up service was exemplary. They ensured that every detail was attended to, providing continual support and updates. Thank you, Mortgage Kart, for your exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage assistance!

Curchods did a great job selling a property for me, Graham worked hard to get the sale over the line. The whole team worked well together and knew what was going on with the sale if Graham was not in the office. I would recommend Curchods and happily use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Carl and David at Ewe Move. From our very first meeting, they were professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me sell and find our new home. They were very responsive, and whether I had a question or needed advice, they always got back to me promptly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Amol helped me with my remortgage and I highly recommend mortgage kart. The best part I like is the way he handled the whole process and answering all my questions and helping me in getting the best deals. Also he is reachable all the time and updating constantly the progress of mortgage applications. Glad I went with Amol and mortgage kart for my remortgage, and will continue in future too.
