GoogleI would not recommend these for letting my daughter is having loads of problems, suppose to be getting a date for someone moving into her property she cannot get in touch with letting tototally in dark about everything don't know how the other person moving in is getting on, but it's not good

GoogleI was absolutely amazed by the team, Dominic and Fiona. Both of them, they helped me and my boyfriend a lot. We were the first wievers of the property in wich we moved in within two weeks when we applied. Even we had some problems with reference team, as they forgot to ask for our ID, everything went well. Thank you for amazing job and taking care of us!

GoogleThe Sheffield branch were always courteous and friendly when I called, and their use of electronic document signing made matters much easier for me - being out of the country at the time of arranging things. No estate agent is ever going to be perfect, but my experience overall was quite favorable and I would certainly make use of the same team again in the future.

GoogleThe lettings team at WH Brown provided a professional service and knowledgeable advice, kept us up to date with the process, and were quick to respond to all correspondence. From first visit by the WH Brown Lettings Manager, to tenant moving in took 1 month, which included viewing, vetting and obtaining necessary landlord certification.

GoogleBought a property in Sheffield through their Sheffield branch. Very smooth process if a little long due to Covid-19. Contacted the Crystal Peaks branch to arrange letting of the property. The Crystal Peaks branch have been equally as efficient and extremely quick to respond to my queries, and sorting out problems. Can't fault them so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've used many different lettings agents in the past and WHBrown are the best by a long way! Very professional, very helpful and couldnt do enough for me. Hopefully I wont need to rent another house for a long time to come, if I do then WHBrown will be my first call. I cant recommend them enough, 5 star all the way!
