GoogleRented a house with 3 other students for a year and had no problems. Any maintenance we needed was usually resolved within a week and they staff were always happy to help with any questions we had.

GoogleRented a student property on Whitham Road in 2016-2017. Had a lovely experience, and the girls at Tapton were so accommodating, especially when I drove up from home once without my house keys! Got our deposit back in full and all maintenance issues were dealt with efficiently. Tapton are fair and helpful and I would recommend them to any student looking for a property.

GoogleSlow to do work. Sent a guy to repair leaking roof 3 times, still not repaired. Would take ages to send any guy, and we would have to pester. Loads of scheduled visits from their guys, and most the time they wouldn't come. Either Tapton are slack at their jobs, they are super amateur or they really didn't like us.

GoogleI rented a house with tapton estates for a number of years . All problems if any were resolved fast and efficiently. Staff were always polite and always bent over backwards to help no matter how small of an issue Would highlu recommend and would stay with them again Many thanks you deserve the 5 stars

GoogleWeren't helpful at all. Don't care about the safety of their tenants and only really care about getting their money. They have lied in emails and have been patronising. There are plenty of houses in Sheffield from different estate agents that are more likely to help. Don't bother with these, the previous reviews say it all. Waste of time.

GoogleOn calling maintenance, they arrived within a few days and always sorted out the problem in a few hours. We almost went through winter without heating but the same day we contacted Tapton, someone came and helped fix the system. I'm very happy with the maintenance team from Tapton Estates

GoogleThe maintenance team is horrendous. They don't attend issues until 3 months later. The maintenance team also treat us like they are superior to the students living there and still haven't sorted problems we have to them about since 3 months ago

GoogleTapton? More like crapton. Took weeks to come & do repairs such as a broken freezer, radiator & door. Charged an extortionate amount for missing keys & cleaners at the end of the tenancy. An absolute shambles of a company that happily exploits students. 10/10 would not recommend 🤷♂️ …

GoogleVery quick with Maintenance, called for no heating on a Saturday morning and they managed to get someone out by that afternoon to fix it for us. We are staying with them in our house for another year.
