GoogleUsed SK twice, messed them about horribly and still received impeccable, friendly service including much hard work and kindness. I can't believe that anyone would score one of the big national chains higher than these folks, for whom nothing is ever too much trouble. I am going back to them tomorrow with great relief after cancelling one of those corporate companies within the cooling off period. That's a mistake I shall never make again.

GoogleSelling my house in Sheffield became rather complicated, but SKs Sarah and Steven dragged it over the line with expert knowledge, well-honed negotiation skills and sheer determination. That they are also really likeable people made what was a rather stressful experience much easier to bear.

GoogleTheir valuator was so rude & was trying to impose his opinion on me. I never met an unethical non caring of the customer as this agent. Be careful when dealing with them.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I did find the experience dealing you very unprofessional, I had arranged an appointment with you to carry out the valuation which you didn’t attend and instead I had to meet with a contractor at the house. The property was in an unsatisfactory condition to rent to tenants and as such I did have a chat with you after the valuation and suggested improvements which would need to be made prior to renting the property. As an experienced and professional letting agent, we have a minimum standard for all rental properties and we will not let any property at any cost. We are a business and it is not in our interest to decline instructions however on this occasion I had no alternative as you were unwilling to make necessary improvements to bring the property up to standard. After my conversation with you over the phone, you decided to call back and started becoming aggressive with my colleague which we will not accept. Our only option was to politely decline your instruction and as a result you have left us a negative Google review.
