We used S K Estate Agents to sell our property. We have used them in the past and again wasn’t disappointed on this occasion. They were really professional and consistent throughout the sale. The property sold within weeks and was marketed well, with thought given to viewing bookings. The staff were always polite, helpful and moved the sale along well. The sales fee was definitely worth it for the service we received from start to finish. I would definitely use S K Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend.

Steven & his colleagues were the utmost professionals, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough & helpful whilst at the same time being approachable & friendly. Always pleased to see me, answer my questions, offer advice & add any changes I hadn't previously thought about to the drafts of the brochure they produced it was a delight to do business with them. They presented & advertised my rental property with concise clarity & very quickly found & did accompanied viewings with a range of tenants having the most suitable vetted & checked. An appropriate contract & detailed photographic/text inventory were produced & after a short while the tenants were happily installed. I was pleased I chose to use a local firm who knew the area well. Finding their fee structure very competitive I can wholeheartedly recommend SK Estate Agents. Well done Steven, Amelia & Sarah

Have looked at 30+ properties over the last year, we have encountered a lot of estate agents. SK really stand out from the crowd in the very best way. The whole team are so knowledgeable and helpful it has made our house purchase as smooth as it could possibly be. They have responded super quickly to all of our queries and have even made suggestions on other areas that have made things much easier. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We rented a property from SK Estate Agents for a year and were impressed with how responsive and helpful they were (not the usual experience from an estate agent), so when it came to selling a house, we remembered them. We weren't disappointed. From initial contact to the final sale, they were helpful and active about getting the sale done. Excellent communications, always keeping us informed of viewings and how the sale was going. All their staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend SK Estate Agents, they were a pleasure to deal with.

I recently brought a house with SK Estate Agents. They were nothing but helpful and honest. They dealt with any issues quickly and professionally. Although, Sarah Carnell dealt with the main affairs the team at SK were all approachable and responded quickly to any queries or concerns I had. If I was to sell my house again I would definitely go with SK Estate Agents.

We have been using SK Estate Agents for a few years now to find new tenants for our two rental properties. We have always found them to be professional, supportive, thorough and efficient. They communicate and respond quickly to any questions we ask and we have always been happy with the service they offer, taking all the worries out of finding suitable tenants. They carry out all the necessary credit checks and viewings and deal with all service providers such as energy, council tax and DPS on change of tenancy. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will continue to use them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently bought our house through SK Estate Agents. The process, despite taking place throughout lockdown, was smooth and pretty much stress free. The staff were all friendly, professional and on top of things, and kept up with chasing all parties to ensure things were progressing. We've dealt with a lot of estate agents in Sheffield over the years (including some "award winning" ones) and SK Estate Agents have honestly been the only ones who we would use again. Such a great team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else buying or selling a house. I am almost sad that the process is completed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
