I have a few properties in sheffield and Derbyshire and Saxton Mee does the letting for me. I deal mostly with Sandra Henry and she is absolutely marvellous. She is highly efficient and if she says she is going to do something she does. She also advises me on rent and the different services available. I thoroughly recommend her .

GoogleLewis, Victoria and the team have been amazing! Given the pandemic, the solicitors were very slow at responding, but the team at Saxton Mee tirelessly chased the solicitors every week which ultimately resulted in a successful sale. I would 100% recommend Saxton Mee, they are incredibly professional and nothing it too much trouble.

GoogleVery poor at dealing with stress from our buyer. They didn't seem to understand her or what she needed to hear, and made everything worse by being aggressive and dismissive with me and the buyer, and adding stress to the process. Buyer stopped talking to estate agents and spoke to us as vendors directly instead, which was much better for making sure the sale happened. Some of them at the local offices were more thoughtful and professional, so I don't know why the company thought the service from the rest of them was good for business. You may be signed up to one office, but the staff dealing with you work across multiple offices. Saxton Mee branches are separate limited companies, like McDonald's franchises are separate limited companies, but they are one company with one brand and the same problems across branches, in my experience.

Viewed a few houses in my local area with this estate agent. Sales representative were not very good at all. Their sheer lack of communication once having placed bids on a house was incredibly poor and if there was an option to give a zero rating I would. PLEASE CONSIDER USING ANOTHER ESTATE AGENT

So If you want extra stress, shocking communication , questionable business practices, no sense of urgency, complete lack of empathy, poor advice, and a general attitude of - we don’t give a fig I recommend Saxton Mee they won’t disappoint !
