I used Saxton Mee 11 years ago to buy the house which they are now selling for me. They were good then and have really done themselves proud this time. Within a few days of listing they had a dozen viewings lined up, and more came in over the next few days. In just three weeks, out of almost 20 viewings, four offers emerged, 3 of them higher than the top end of their forecasted range. Communication was excellent at all times. Can't recommend these guys too highly. They'll be getting some chocolate biscuits from me for the Festive Season!

We had an excellent experience with Saxton Mee on both the buying and selling side. From bidding to valuation to keeping us updated on progress Chris and his colleagues were professional and patient and we never felt pressured into any decisions. Responses to email queries were quick and when we did have questions about a snag in the chain it was clear the agents were seeking regular updates from solicitors.

Lewis and his team got our property on the market very quickly and ensured several viewings, which were grouped well together for efficiency. The rate was reasonable, though I did do all of my own viewings due to the pandemic. Communication was always very efficient and the team were really helpful, particularly when I needed help in the early stages of my onward purchase. They communicated with my vendor's estate agent, who Saxton Mee put to shame in terms of customer service, empathy and efficiency. I would use Saxton Mee again. Unlike some other agents in the area, I’ve found the team and particularly Lewis Hughes quite professional and prompt in responses to any of my buyer queries .
