GoogleBen Chapman and the team at Reeds Rains Sheffield are fantastic. I was updated regularly regarding viewings for my apartment. A suitable tenant was found timeously. I would highly recommend and urge anyone renting out their property to contact them.

GoogleMy apartment was put on the market and I accepted an offer a week later. Early days yet but so far everything has been handled with great efficiency and helpfulness. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Reeds Rains.

GoogleI’ve never experienced a worse service from an estate agency. Please avoid them - not only they won’t admit to a mistake, they will gaslight you into thinking that it was your fault. Save yourselves trouble.

GoogleEfficient staff but maintenance system slightly complicated. Any issues should email or call maintenance team. As I never had that sort of experience before, I think majority people may call agency office directly. Beside this point, their service worthy a try if seeking property to let.

GoogleGreat letting agents and an excellent place to buy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and above all they do what they say they will do, they meet you on time with keys for the property they are going to show you and relevant background information to hand. If that sounds like just getting the basics right you would be surprised by how many agents fail that may meagre test. Reeds Rains Sheffield add a sense of really caring and a little bit of fun. I cannot recommend them highly enough. By the way they got my property let at excellent rents very promptly.
