FacebookWhat can I say, the whole team at Redbrik in Chesterfield have been flawless from start to finish. They were appointed to sell my parents house and also the agent for the onward purchase. I also use them for my buy to let properties of which the service is top-notch. If you are thinking of selling your home, I would 100% recommend Redbrik as No1 estate agent in Chesterfield. Redbrick crystal peaks offer an appalling service, June ....? who dealt with our purchase didn't have a clue about the sale! She was rude, arrogant and offered a very unhelpful and unfriendly service. She continually lied and colluded with the seller and their appointed solicitors?

I am appalled by the service level of chesterfield redbrik! Service is not a word they understand. I would not use them if they were the last estate agents going , our experience left us out of pocket and with a property unfit to live in, we are still awaiting contact 4 months later , and this is not from to COVID-19.Fabrication of the truth!! Is the polite way of stating how we feel.

FacebookWe found all Redbrik staff, from first contact until after completion, very professional, competent and supportive. We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. They handled the viewings for us seamlessly and feel their methods contributed to our quick sale whilst not being intrusive. We would definitely recommend Redbrik to anyone wanting to sell a property. Reviewed on behalf of the Young family.

GoogleWow. I phoned them and left a message yesterday to get someone out to value my house and explain to me the fully inclusive package advertised for selling at 50%. No response what so ever the next day. Not sure if they are just incompetent, rude or don’t want you to have 50% off. VERY POOR
