GoogleThey will not clean the flats befor letting them and they will overchagre you at the end of the tenancy

Hi Fernando I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave this review rather than raise your concerns directly with us before the end of your tenancy. I cannot understand your comment about us not cleaning properties before letting them, all our properties are professionally cleaned before new tenants move in. Having checked your file, you did not raise any issues with cleanliness on your Moving in Inventory and you returned your cleaning confirmation stating that you had received the apartment in a clean and tidy condition on 21 June 2017, the day after you collected your keys. The charges that you have paid are contributions towards rectifying damages caused in the property during your tenancy. These were agreed by the group at your inspection on 03 May 2018. Looking at correspondence, you were going to rectify some of these yourselves but chose not to do so. We are always completely transparent regarding any contributions agreed by tenants, in that these are less than the actual cost of the works carried out.
