GoogleMaf as a company are very polite and helpful. I stay at the Ecco building which is brand new for 2019/2020. The building itself is stunning completed to the highest standards, I can’t wait to fully move in and go back to uni in the perfect accommodation.

GoogleAmazing property! Gone back to them and in the same property in my final year. Amazing fees and no deposit. Works well with student finance as get the last settlement for yourself. Harriet and Dan are super helpful and are always willing to resolve any issue.

GoogleMaf properties is the best student accommodation I’ve ever stayed in in Sheffield. We stayed at Ecco and our friends stayed at ecclesall gate, Both flats were beautiful and of high quality. I would definitely recommend maf properties.

GoogleBeen with MAF for 2 years and their accommodation is outstanding. I'm currently in their new building and we've had no problems at all. In our house last year, any minor problems were instantly fixed. Therefore, I would highly recommend MAF.

GoogleMAF have been simple and easy to get a long with, they have great staff who are fast to respond to any concerns we had, they made the process of moving out for the first time very simple, I would definitely recommend using them for student housing.

GoogleThe Ecco building is a great place for any student. The apartment was perfectly like advertised : the rooms are spacious and the kitchen has a lot of storage. The staff is very nice and always willing to help.

GoogleThis is my final year at university lived with MAF Properties for two years at beeches hollow. Had a issue with the house alarm but was fixed the same day. I would recommend this company for stress free accommodation

GoogleLived at Ecclesall Gate throughout second year, is the perfect location and the property is modern and finished nicely. Staff have very been helpful and maintenance are very quick at sorting any issues once contacted. Would highly recommend!

GoogleOne of the best landlords we’ve had. Easy to deal with and any issues are addressed within 24 hours. Look after us well and the apartments at Dev Point are really nicely set up and very well maintained.

GoogleAbsolutely Appalling apartments. The WiFi is barely usable, and they never even tried to fix it. If there’s one thing I can recommend to you is. DONT GO TO MAF!
Hi Oliver, We are really surprised to have received this review from you following you living with us at the same development the previous year with no issues. We cannot understand your comment about the apartments being appalling again with you having lived with us last year and choosing to stay again in the same development. As you are aware the internet service provided at the development is free of charge and looking back at correspondence from your previous tenancy, there was one time an issue with the internet was reported, maintenance was sent out the same day to reset the router and this was left working fine. We can find no issues reported by you this year.

GoogleNice apartments but hard to reach when something goes wrong. The hoover which was provided did not work and has not been replaced. The wifi is almost unusable at times.
Hi Joseph, we are really saddened to have received this review from you. To respond to your comment about us being difficult to reach, Our offices are open Mon, Fri 9am, 5pm where we are contactable by email and phone, you were also provided with our emergency contact number at the start of your tenancy that we can always be contacted on outside office hours. Looking back at maintenance I can see that the first time an issue with the hoover was reported was yesterday and subsequently this has been replaced for you today. The Wi-Fi as you are aware is a free service provided to all tenants which has been checked on every occasion you have reported an issue with no faults found by either our maintenance or Virgin.

GoogleLocated in a central location for both Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam-offers conveniences in terms of shops(Aldi,Sainbury,Waitrose) and places to eat.And most importantly the flat are beautiful.
