My partner and I have recently rented a property through Letwise, and what an excellent experience we have had. Having only ever rented through private landlords I was a little apprehensive to go through an agency but it has been so easy. The lady who showed us the property was very friendly and helpful and did not put pressure on us at all to make a decision on the spot, which is what we were expecting.. Since then all the ladies in the office have been more than helpful, I have had a slight issue with my credit rating and they have done everything and more within their power to overlook this and sort it with the new landlord. They have put up with my constant emails always wanting an update and have managed to get us into the property with our unrealistic looming move in date. Could not recommend, or thank them enough!

Moving to a new city can be daunting but Letwise made it very easy for me. I got a job in Sheffield and most important thing was to get accommodation. I searched on the internet and instantly liked this accommodation in Crosspool, Sheffield. The viewing was arranged in no time and before i knew i moved in too lovely flat. I stayed for 1 year and 2 months and all dealings in this time with Letwise has been great. There service from initial deposit arrangement, to paying rent, to any big or small maintenance issue was dealt with swiftly, professionally and expertly. Always welcoming when you called them and were ready to sort out any problem. When i was leaving arranged my deposit bond release in no time and always have been very friendly and kind. Thank you Letwise, i am sure if you people ever get involved with this lovely letting agency, you will always cherish it.

Being a landlord based in Cardiff and being totally reliant on local letting agents has its obvious challenges. Having been with Letwise for approx one year, I can honestly say that Mark, Dianne and Sally who myself and my wife have had dealings with have been absolutely first class and ever so friendly. In fact, the very opposite of our experiences with other lettings agents based in Sheffield. They have an excellent knowledge of their markets and cannot do enough for their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other landlords.

Their handyman went in and priced up all the work and was again very supportive and super quick at responding to my emails and working to my budget. I ended up deciding to sell my property instead of re-rent just because of circumstance but again Letwise we're super supportive and Richard the handyman even continued to help with the work needed to get the house ready for market. Myself and my house mate roxy, have been under the great care of Letwise of July last year! This is for me my very first time renting a property so I wanted everything to go right. From day one all of the Letwise team have done have been supportive and absolutely fantastic, there team is outstanding, nothing is too much for them. You go in there with a concern and it's done within a couple of days, it's amazing I honestly cannot praise them enough on what a lovely job they do taking care of us! I have been renting a private property from letwise for four years now. They have an office on Chesterfield Rd which is manned by several staff at a time meaning that issues can be dealt with on the spot. Problems are dealt with there and then and maintenance men often call back on the day a problem is reported. Urgent problems are attended to in a matter of hours. The team there are friendly, approachable and keen to help. Overall speedy and efficient. Mainly thanks to good communication and good staffing levels.
