GoogleI found Kelham Square to be incredibly unprofessional and slow to respond. Instead of sorting out problems quickly they had to be chased repeatedly meaning that problems got far worse before they were resolved, leaving the property damaged

Dear Lorena, thanks for the comment. We did explain several times the way to reserve a property in the UK is to put 1 weeks rent down as a deposit.
The property stays available up to this point until a reservation is taken.
The money you mention is actually the balance taken after references are agreed and consist, as always, of the first months rent and bond.

Due to the extreme Covid regulations at the time and access regulations. We had to prioritise important issues such as boiler break downs and electrical works to keep our tenants safe. We had to put the works to remedy a badly installed laminate floor, by yourself, as a secondary job.
You were informed of this during the peak of Covid restrictions.
