Professional, quick and friendly service given, very approachable. Thanks very much. Tip for house buyers/sellers: Be open with the other party on timescales and agree to work closely together. I had the perfect buyer, we both kept in close contact and chased our end immediately when necessary. From the first viewing of the buyer until completion was exactly 7 weeks, not bad going in my opinion. It can be done! Thanks to all parties.
