GoogleI've had some awful experiences with letting agents in the past but can honestly say that this place is completely different! Communication was quick and thorough, they were polite and flexible and unlike most letting agents they haven't forgotten the importance of customer service. I felt that Amy cared about my move and me as a tenant, not just now but moving forward too. She gave lots of advice and helped with negotiations between the landlord and myself - with positive results. Next time I move (hopefully not for a long time!) I will use Evans and Lee if I can. GoogleSimon and Amy are absolute stars.Simon handled a property we were selling in Ecclesall as we were moving out of the area.
The house was fabulous even though i say it myself.Hence it commanded a very high price tag.Simon arranged for himself to conduct the viewings on the Friday and the house was sold the following day far in excess of the asking price !
The standard of service and professionalism was superb.
He has since sold my daughters house within days of it going on the market.Again achieving a great price.
I cannot recommend Evans Lee highly enough.

GoogleI work along side Evans Lee as a Supplier and therefore you would assume that any recommendation would be biased, this is not the case ... I have worked along side Simon for 15 yrs... his level of customer service and the ability to network purchasers with buyers is second to none.
This new enterprise is run by Simon and Amy (who are now married)... they offer ultimate customer service.
I would genuinely recommend their service. If you want personal service with a professional can do attitude approach then look no further.
