I've bought and sold ten times and I'm delighted to say Belvoir are the best agent I have worked with. Just as well as my solicitor at Howells was awful, but Carly at Belvoir helped keep things moving and was always happy to help. Thanks too to Dayna for showing me round in such a positive way, and what a contrast with some of the other Sheffield agents I viewed house with who really couldn't be bothered!

Dayna was fantastic getting back to us on our property very quickly and was great with making the process simple and quick. Their communication via email and phone has been great and helped ease any of our worries during the process. GoogleI recently ended up in a position where I was unfortunately in need of an urgent property rental and I could not be more happy with the service I have received. First point of contact was Jessica who was extremely understanding of my situation and more than happy to assist. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure I was able to speak to who I needed to speak to to secure this property. Dayna was unbelievable to work with and managed to get my application secured within the day! She was happy to receive my hundreds of phone calls and answer all of my questions as quickly as possible. I am currently dealing with Jordan who is being just as brilliant and patient when it comes to all of my questions. Jordan is informative and is trying his best to ensure that my needs as a customer are met. GoogleDayna from Belvoir has been beyond amazing in helping us find our dream flat and helping us through the process with ease. We’ve been eagerly trying to move for a long time now out of our current studio flat into a spacious two bed apartment where we can properly build our home, and Dayna managed to find us just that! We’re very new to the property searching world, and throughout the time planning a viewing, attending the viewing and throughout the application process we have been well informed, taken care of and listened to. It’s especially been difficult to find another home as a student couple, but we was not discriminated against in any way but helped as much as possible which we appreciate tremendously. We have dreamt of starting a flat from scratch and have found it hard to find a dream apartment without no furniture, Dayna went out of her way for us to talk to the landlord and get the furniture removed for us which is beyond amazing. We’re extremely extremely thankful and appreciative for Dayna’s help, and we are so looking forward to moving into our new home! We would recommend her to everyone!

GoogleWaking up in my new apartment this morning and being able to whole heartedly say that Carly and Jordan from Belvoir Sheffield have made this move a wonderful experience is brilliant. They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences you can ever go through, I don’t agree. Every time I rang, they answered and every question, I got a response to. Any jitters I got about the move, Carly didn’t just lend an ear, she was on it within minutes to give me a black and white solution and efficiently solve any problems I had. GoogleWell. I wanted to view a property so I called and spoke to Dayna. She was so friendly and professional and rearranged appointments to meet me at the property at 5pm. She arrived early and was waiting for me and showed me and my friend around. She was very knowledgeable and didn't rush me at all. I didn't get back in touch as we decided against the house but she called me to make sure. Outstanding employee and all with a poorly finger from a fight with an avocado! Thank you again Dayna.

GoogleI was with Belvoir Sheffield for six months, and we did not get any help about it. I want to be fair and honest when I am telling to people about the company . First of all, they will ask you to clean your before you leave the property and when you receive the property did not clean professionally (unfair comparison). Again, I asked them to help me with the oven where it was stopped working without reason, and they leave me for three weeks eating from a restaurant without any apology email. I fixed it using my money to avoid eating from the restaurant, and I believe it is a good idea where crazy to stay t more than half a month eating from the restaurant. Finally, I am waiting for my deposit to return to my account, and I will keep you first with old pictures, and then I will add new photos when I left the flat.

GoogleI was in need of a place to rent after another property fell through, and Dayna at Belvoir was an immense help. I couldn't make an in person viewing, and rather stupidly missed an appointment confirmation message for an online viewing, and instead of being annoyed at my stupidity, Dayna called me back over whatsapp and I could still do the viewing. Its been a real pleasure dealing with Belvoir and I seriously can't thank them enough, especially Dayna.

We quickly agreed on a move-in date, she passed me on to the admin team who were lovely to work with - patient, accommodating, and friendly! As it was my first time renting property on my own I naturally had a bunch of questions, but Belvoir!, especially Kelly, never made me feel like any request was too silly. If I ever get the chance to rent in another town Belvoir! has property in, I know who's going to be my top choice!

But Paul was happy to not only answer questions about my new property, but also help decipher the check out process for my old tenancy which was managed by a private landlord rather than Belvoir!

Working with Belvoir has been nothing short of amazing! I contacted Belvoir in late 2020 regarding a viewing for a flat in Sheffield. Unlike a few other agencies, Belvoir got back to me immediately and Dayna set up a virtual viewing for me. A couple of days later she passed me on to Kelly, who helped with any questions around the contract (this was my first time renting on my own in the UK so I had a few). She has also continuously been a tremendous help along the way. She was very patient with me even when I asked a few questions that in hindsight might have been a bit silly. I've felt very well taken care off on all ends, so for me, Belvoir is the number one agency for renting in England.
