​I recently moved into my new house, and I cannot overstate how excellent the service from our property manager, Nicola, has been. From the initial stages right through to the final adjustments, she has been an absolute superstar. ​Nicola strikes the perfect balance: she is incredibly friendly and casual, making every interaction feel easy and low-stress, yet she maintains the highest level of professionalism. She is exceptionally responsive, often getting back to me almost immediately, and always operates with a wonderfully reasonable approach when dealing with requests. ​What truly set her apart was her willingness to make various necessary adjustments for me. Belvoir has provided a very smooth and easy experience when moving into my new apartment. In particular, Harriet Delamore was very knowledgeable when showing me around the property and clearly explained the whole process of applying to rent a property. Recently moved within Kelham Island. From the first viewing of the property all the way through to collecting the keys, Belvoir were extremely fast, responsive and helpful. The whole process to arrange the move in was less than a week, which saved me enormous amounts of time and stress! A huge thank you to Carly at Belvoir for your consistent help and advice in the sale of my Sheffield property. I think Carly merits a huge bonus for the following reasons: Of the five agents who gave initial valuations (range 180k to 360k, hence the five valuations) Carly was the only one who took the time to do more research and give a revised value. Carly wasted no time getting new viewings after the initial potential sale fell through (time wasters ). Carly helped negotiate a fair price and subsequent revisions after survey and then theft of lead roofing. Carly responded to every single email/phone message within 24 hours. A miracle in my limited experience of selling and buying properties. Carly was totally on the ball in liaising with the solicitors and kept me informed at every step. I've worked with a couple of good agents before but even they could learn a thing or two from Carly.

I had a viewing with Isaac and Harriet was my sales coordinator. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to dovetail multiple viewings for me so I didn't have to travel to the city multiple times and usually responded to any questions I emailed within half an hour. Hands down the best estate agents I've ever had to work with! My only minor complaint is that you fill out the Belvoir application form, and then get put through to Let Alliance and have to put most of the same information again, which is a pain.

"We had a number of problems..."

We had a number of problems after our last tenants left the apartment, but with the help of Dawn Linfoot we wouldn't have got through them. I do think however more thorough exit reviews of properties would better serve landlords and tenants, in this a number of issues were pointed out by ourselves Belvior to take action upon. I do realise it can be a difficult activity in property management, although a landlord I pay the service, but to state Dawn was helpful supportive and prepared to take action.

While struggling to find a place to live, Belvoir and Isaac helped me a lot to get an ideal flat in a desirable location.
