GoogleIsaac is one of the most friendly and welcoming letting negotiators i have ever seen, he made me and my hubby feel welcomed viewing the property. We just moved in to the property, and we called the attention of Dawn to something in the house, and boom, with immediate effect, the issue was resolved even with a brand new equipment. I'd like to thank Dawn Linfoot for providing excellent customer service and resolving maintenance issues with an eye to keeping costs realistic - when I challenged a recent contractors quotation - she sorted it and got a much better and more realistic price for the work from another contractor. GoogleBelvoir were great. I needed to rent a place as I was moving from Scotland to Sheffield for a job and they helped me out immensely. The people I dealt with were Jessica (who helped find me a good place) and Paul (who helped me go through the checks, requirements etc). Both were really helpful and understanding, especially considering I'd technically not started work yet so I had no payslips.

GoogleYesterday l left a review for Megan Walker , who deals with my rental properties in Sheffield . Inadvertently l somehow gave her 2 stars instead of 5 !!!! I seem unable to rectify this . So I’m sending another review. Megan has been exemplary in dealing with rather a lot of issues concerning my property on Edgedale Road . She has kept me informed every step of the way , and has suggested some very valuable solutions to a whole host of problems . I cannot recommend her highly enough . As a ‘remote’ landlord , it is most essential to have someone in charge of your properties that go the extra mile . Thank you Megan . You are truly a 5 star employee . Belvoir are lucky to have you !

GoogleWe chose Belvoir because it’s a smaller family run business with great reviews and they didn’t use overpowering spiel and over inflated valuations like some of the larger companies. All the Sales staff were friendly, approachable and always answered our calls and emails quickly. Dayna organised photos for the various websites and Paul Salkeld is a really experienced sales negotiator. He gave us a realistic valuation and time frames and had a good feel for the market. Along with Carly Holmes, they kept us informed of progress and guided us through the final negotiations with calm, clear and wise advice. Paul couldn’t have been more helpful, especially through the final stages. He gave us 110%. We couldn’t have expected more and recommend Belvoir highly. We also used Belvoir to let an apartment and their lettings team, Jess, Dayna, Julie, Nicola and Kelly did a great job of finding us a reliable tenant. They negotiated a good rent and organised the letting process professionally. Viewings were arranged for a good range of possible tenants who they interviewed for us and then helped guide us to the most suitable. They are fast, friendly and great value. Highly recommended!

GoogleAn absolutely fantastic experience with Belvoir, in particular Dayna and Paul who were so efficient and informative from the off. This was my first letting experience and they came up with all the expectations. They both ensured all aspects of the move ran smoothly, from the initial viewing (Dayna), the paperwork and the day of the move (Paul), and were nothing short of amazing with communication. The process could have been much more stressful, but they made it too easy
