GoogleMy experience using Belvoir has been very quick and smooth. I want to personally thank Carly Holmes who has made this journey enjoyable and quick. She was friendly and understanding and answered all questions and queries that I had without feeling like I bothered her. I am satisfied with Belvior and I truly recommend this estate agent if you would like a helpful experience if you are looking to buy or rent a property.

GoogleThis is the top agency for renters in Sheffield! The people at this agency genuinely seem to care about the renters, and they made the stressful process of moving so much easier for us. We’re really grateful for that. We’ve been with them for a year now and plan to stick around because they’re awesome. When we first moved to Sheffield a year ago, we tried a bunch of agencies and had all sorts of problems until we found Belvoir. Jessica was the first person we dealt with, and she was fantastic, really attentive to what we needed. Throughout our tenancy, Nicola took care of us. She is also excellent! Communication was always smooth, and she promptly assisted us with everything we needed.

GoogleMe and my husband had a brilliant experience with the team at Belvoir in Sheffield. In particular, Isaac and Nicola helped us quickly turnaround around our referencing and key collection. They also supported us while we waited to prove my husband's right to rent (he is coming to the UK on a spouse visa, but we didn't have all the codes/details we needed). This was a very stressful time as we were working to a strict deadline before I left the country, but we managed it and we're so grateful for their support and genuine empathy throughout.
