GoogleI had an excellent experience with both Issac and Dawn. I am not native to the United Kingdom so I had a lot of questions for them, and they were both very helpful. I was surprised by how quickly both agents responded to my emails/viewing requests, and I had the lease signed quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again given the chance.

GoogleI have only got to the viewing process so far, but to speak my truth I find it quite a complicated system. I have to fill in an online form, then manually fill in a PDF form, which I then have to email back to Belvoir. This is quite a time consuming process, especially as the PDF form is not easily fillable. Please could I ask why I have two fill in two forms and then wait to hear back about viewing? Could I suggest that potentially tenants simply call up to arrange a viewing?

GoogleThe team at Belvoir have been dealing with the rental of my property since 2007 and more recently, its sale. The property has hardly ever had a void period with the team quick to report any issues and find suitable tenants. The sales team found a buyer in quick time too and were proactive in seeing the sale through. No hesitation in recommending.
