GoogleI had a very good experience over all of Belvoir Lettings. Francesca gave good advice about marketing the property and was excellent on the communication front. I found a very good Tenant with her help and she followed things up as the Tenants were about to move in. Some of the paperwork didn't come through as quickly as it might have. However, the fees were competitive and the overall level of service was excellent.

Chloe at the Sheffield branch dealt with me from start to finish and it was the most pleasant experience ever, her humour and informative communication were second to none which made the process as stress free as possible. At points I dealt with a few other members of the team and they were all equally as professional and courteous to me, no problems at all -10/10

GoogleI’ve just left a property that I was renting through Belvoir and I’ve had nothing but good experiences whenever I’ve needed their assistance. I mainly dealt with Georgina who was always quick to respond and arrange contractors if any work needed doing. Georgina and all her colleagues are really friendly and professional and I would happily recommend them as a letting agent. Positive experience all round :)

GooglePretty annoyed with the service. I asked three weeks ago for a viewing for a property I was told they'd get back to me, sent an email this morning requesting a time which I replied to in 2 minutes. Just rang them yes it fully booked sorry. Why bother even emailing me to let me know about viewings. Just time wasters to be quite honest, mess you around and drag things out unnecessarily
