Excellent service. I currently rent with Belvoir and I was viewing this hoping to take it. Unfortunately it wasn't right for me but Sam was excellent and also gave me a lift to work!

GoogleAbsolutely zero help and poor customer service. My partner and I contacted Belvoir at least 6 times to try and arrange a viewing for a flat we loved the look of. Each time (that we managed to get through), we were told that someone would be in touch to arrange a viewing soon. After nearly 2 weeks of chasing, we've now been told that the property (which had roughly 4 available apartments 3 weeks ago) is no longer available. Waste of time.

GoogleProfessional, responsive and friendly, staff at Belvoir did everything they could to progress my sale. They always provided updates and acted promptly to move things on whenever needed. I also really appreciated their flexibility which supported me to sell my property after I had moved out. Would recommend.

We wasn't keen on the first property and rather than leaving us to our search, they suggested the second which was much more suitable. The process was a long one which was due to the Wosskow brown solicitor whom I don't suggest to anyone else.
