GoogleBy far one of the worst letting agents I have ever had, seen or heard of. They frequently would let emails go unanswered for weeks - the issues of which included a disgusting mould problem that they have still yet to deal with and leaving a gapping hole in one of my flatmates walls for two plus months. As well as this their staff have left faeces in our toilet, and have trampled all over our beds. Horrible service and the most incompetent group of individuals to ever share an office

GoogleWe rented a property through Martin & Co for over two years and can honestly say they were the best landlords we have dealt with in Scotland. Polite, understanding and always quick to respond to any issues that arose during our stay. Unlike previous landlords/estate agents, they always provided plenty of notice ahead of inspections. Since moving out, they have been unfailingly helpful in terms of getting a hold of mail and other issues which come up after leaving a property.
