GoogleHave used Martin&Co for a number of years now. Excellent professional service compared to previous agencies I have used. Reminders for any work/certification are sent, and option to arrange myself or via agency provided. Payment and statements sent on time. Cant fault the service.

Martin & Co. took good care of us in our flat in Shawlands for over four years. The team are excellent and always willing to help with whatever issues arise- flooding; broken oven; broken washing machine; new fridge; re-paint... We’ve moved on now but we’ll always cherish that time in our flat with a great estate agent.

GoogleBeen a tenant with Martin&Co for almost 4 years and have had no displeasure working with them. Most of the property issues were addressed immediately and rectified. Mail communication were responded within few hours and also had no issues with Martin&co.

Facebookmoved out this property less than 2 weeks ago had to make ourselves homeless due to mold poss asbestos the windows door ect are not fit for purpose and need replaced and had to get environmental health out who told us not to be in the property due to health reasons I urge anyone who reads this dont be conned by martin and co and the owner who covered up server mold in a bedroom with wet walls to hide extreme damage and they now have the cheek to put it up for let ... it's not fit to live in disgusting

GoogleI have to say I was not happy about the service I received from Martin and Co estate agents. My main issue was with the estate agent, Cliff in particular. We got off to a good start, however once the buyer put an offer in things went downhill. Once they new the deal was going through it was near impossible to get cliff on the phone. I had unanswered calls and text messages for over 4 days. When I did finally get in touch with Cliff he told me things had been done when they hadn’t, not at all professional . Selling a house is stressful enough, even more so when people do not communicate with you or say they’ve done things when they hadn’t. That said I had a better experience with the letting agency. Javid and fraz I found to be helpful. 2 stars for the estate agents and 4 stars for the letting agency.
