We never had a single issue with this agency for three whole years. Regular property inspections were carried out every six months, we kept the house in good condition, paid rent on time without fail, and thoroughly cleaned the property the day before returning the keys.

GoogleI’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Martin & Co. Their customer service has been poor, very blunt on the phone, and they just don’t respond to emails as they please. I was sent the wrong property address for a letting after 3 emails and a phone call, no apology or acknowledgement of mistake. It’s been a hassle just trying to get any accurate information. I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWent along to a viewing in south side only to be lined up and asked out aloud what our occupations were (which I'm sure is illegal) and classist as heck. They favoured the junior Dr ofc and made no time to talk to the others there for the viewing unless it was a snidey comment about their occupation. This letting agency too discriminate against people who have partial housing element of universal credit. Avoid!

If any questions are problems they attended and solved them. I have no complain. I’m very happy and proud because I am with MARTIN &CO. I spoke with Cliff Dunn who is the Sales Manager at Martin and Co, Cliff was absolutely amazing, came out to see me the very next day after our initial conversation and made everything so easy. within 10 days of speaking with him my house was sold and his after care service was excellent. I would highly recommend using this company.

Any issues or queries I have had in the past, have always been dealt with immediately. The staff are so kind and polite and will always deal with any issues quickly. Most definitely the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

GoogleMy property in Pollokshields has been full managed by Martin & Co in Shawlands for approximately 2 years. I have been living abroad and the team in Shawlands has really taken all of the stress out of trying to let out a property from abroad. They are professional, always quick to respond to emails and keep me up-to-date with any problems or things I need to know about. I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleHave been a tenant with Martin & Co for around 12 years and I find them very friendly, helpful and professional. When things need attending to they are always happy to help and I have never had any issues with them. They were also extremely supportive when a bad tenant moved in below me once and did everything they could to assure and help me until the problem (unrelated to them) was solved.
