Martin & Co. in Shawlands have managed my small portfolio for a number of years. During that time they expertly handled multiple tenancy agreements and reletting with minimum of fuss. I have been a landlord with Martin & Co for approximately 17 years and I have always found their service to be excellent. Isabella has always managed the letting process for my flat very efficiently and the down time between tenants has been minimal. The most clueless unprofessional of an agent with attitude who has no understanding how to speak with people absolutely disgusting. Learn manners and get some knowledge on how things work before you open your unprofessional mouth and speak nonsense. This place does not deserve a star absolutely amateurs. Not only did they provide an awful service, but their conduct was also deeply concerning. I found the staff to be unprofessional, rude, and completely indifferent to my needs as a customer. Beware! Worst Letting Agency in Glasgow - Scammers! I had an absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They are hands down the worst agency I've ever dealt with. From the moment I signed the contract, it became evident that they were only interested in scamming me. Furthermore, they were quick to take my money but provided no value in return. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their tenants is astounding. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable letting agency in Glasgow to steer clear of this one. Save yourself the stress and financial loss by avoiding this agency at all costs. They are not to be trusted, and their practices are unethical. Javaid the proprietor was inspirational in negotiating with the tenant to pay the full amount of the repair bill otherwise I would be out of pocket for a huge amount.

The worst agency ever! Dealing with Linda is just a nightmare, stop causing your tenants stress just because you can't handle it yourself. I've received false accusations from some of their scams that are mentioned on other reviews (trying to accuse me of a cracked mirror that was already broken when I moved in despite me making them aware of this before I even moved in) I'm worried they will take my deposit from me when I move out even though I have already had to repaint the flat from my own money and am left to fix things on my own. Meanwhile I have seen the manager sleeping in the car during office hours while their employees tell you they aren't around. I've been renting the property for 6 years, which is over £30k rent, and still they are unwilling to help me fix basic human needs like a broken washing machine or oven that has stopped working. I can't even cook food for myself during the lockdown.
