I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion.
