Outstanding in all aspects of selling a house!

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!

After an unsuccessful attempt to sell our home the previous year, we invited Victoria Rose from Strutt & Parker Sevenoaks to meet with us in January. We were impressed with Victoria's knowledge and enthusiasm and her belief that it was entirely possible for us to be moving out of our home by June. Thanks to Victoria's stellar organisational, selling, communications and case management skills, that belief is now a reality. As with any complex process, communication is key to a successful outcome. Victoria personally conducted nearly all of our viewings and would update us almost instantly about how the viewing went. When issues arose, she promptly informed us of the situation and took action to find a solution. We never 'wondered' what was happening or how things were progressing--Victoria kept us fully in the loop, with her reassuringly calm approach and welcome sense of humour. When the time came to consider multiple offers, Victoria put forward a transparent and simple strategy ensuring that all parties had a fair shot. Professional and friendly estate agents

We sold our house through Strutt and Parker in the summer of 2023. We met a few agents and Andrew came across the best out of the people we met. Cambridge rentals fiasco

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

Update - I was finally contacted by AndrewHarwood on Tuesday 12th. He was suitably apologetic and arranged to come to appraise our home personally on the 13th which he did in a very professional manner. On this basis, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. Contacted Nicholas on chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities being missed with potential buyers??
