I have contacted your directly about this now but the reason your emails were not answered was because your were replying to an email, sent to you last year and from an account that is not monitored because it only sends payment receipts! Awful, no contact. no communication. Just take your money and forget you. Very annoying and disappointed. say one thing, do another. leaving you without a place to actually live. No updates, just shrug every issue off like its not there fault. What good is this, they are meant to manage the property.
