Absolutely disgraceful company. I rented a property managed by them and what a bad experience! Issues with the property reported time and time again, lights not working in communal areas, expected to walk up stairs in pitch black dark, toilet not working, heating not working, rent increased again and again despite the issues not being sorted. They had the cheek to book viewings for new tennants after we gave notice with 10 hours notice after telling them time and time again I work nights and sleep daytimes. Took 3 months to get any kind of deposit back, accused us of leaving the property in a mess and "hired" cleaners which charged us £100+ and heard from a neighbour the cleaner was told to do "the bare minimum". Been in contact with the new tennant of the property to find rent has increased yet again and there are still issues at the property. If you're desperate, go ahead, but if you have the choice stay well away!!!

If i could give zero stars i would of done, 1 star is far too much praise for this company. Dreadful customer service and no engagement at all from them. Avoid them if possible, unfortunately i had no choice and my contract was handed over to them. On leaving the property i received no communication regarding inspection, inventory, handing the keys back and now i have the impossible task of getting my deposit back. Fortunately it is protected but now over a month since i left property and still no response from them over deposit. Avoid if at all possible!

Honestly everything was fine for the first 12 months.Then renewal came. No renewal agreement received by post, a gas man letting himself in to check the boiler with no notice given (a missed call 30 minutes prior doesn't count as notice, when they have both occupants mobile numbers and email addresses) who was then swiftly kicked out. We were then advised they'd switch the gas off immediately! Extremely poor prior planning, wouldn't need to switch the gas off if they'd planned the visit in the first place. The post-renewal inspection arrives and again no calls, an email (at least 24 hours notice this time), with an auto-reply saying "i'm out of the country, please call" set, and again we have a third party in our home to peruse through our belongings.A further inspection a week later, and I'm accused verbally of misleading on the phone to them about the time arranged (I'd definitely arrange for a time I'd be in work?!) I feel more sorry for the third party inspector who was told by Andrews an earlier time than the one I was accused of giving them!Every phone call to Andrew's felt like you had to avoid saying the wrong thing.And we still haven't received the gas safe certificate.Avoid, unless you're into this sort of thing.

GoogleEveryone at the team I have dealt with has been friendly and polite and very efficient in their part of the house sale. I would recommend anyway sleeping their property to use Andrews. It's a very long and frustrating process selling a property and they have helped me along the way ease my mind.
