We sold our house very quickly through the Oakwood Branch. The staff were professional and their advice was invaluable. Once the sale was agreed Elle took over as our contact. Elle really helped us and took time to answer any questions. She also was very professional and liaised between our buyers and solicitors which was very helpful. Having previously used an excellent independent agency to oversee our property we were skeptical about using a large company to continue the work. Anyway we gave them a chance to prove themselves and are glad we did. They (everyone single person we have dealt with) have exceeded our expectations. From dealing with minor issues to finding new tenants the staff excel in everything. Nothing is a problem to them and everything is dealt with speedily and reliably.

My honest opinion is that I received great customer service from Preston Baker branch in Selby, they made my life so much easier I don't even know why people stress so much over property purchase, just make your way to Preston Baker they are the best in North Yorkshire. And I dont know who's running that branch in Selby but if you go there ask for Anna Greaves she knows how to handle everything and satisfy customer.
