Had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks. In my 3 year tenancy, accumulated time without both is over 2 months. Despite numerous plumbers saying boiler needs changing, Entwhistle Green (Warrington) keep letting the landlord patch it up. They also won't petition the landlord for any compensation. They're definitely all for the landlord and don't give a damn about tenants.

They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials.When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.
