GoogleThis agency is the worst I’ve had the misfortune to deal with after years of renting. Their home is infested with cockroaches and mice, and when informed they ignored the issue for over a week, and with no investigation by a pest-control agency they inform me that the home “is not infested with pests”. Hot water has been broken for two weeks before they made repairs, water leaking into the kitchen was ignored as well until they were legally obliged to send an inspector who did nothing to make repairs. The agency takes advantage of renters who cannot afford legal protection. Stay as far away as possible.

FacebookThank you concentric for nothing, nothing at all. Thank you for taking £1000 of me and not even making sure the pile of bricks you let me move into was livable. Thank you for letting myself and my 3 year old daughter move into a house where the very low down window in the bedroom that I was hoping to be my 3 year olds room doesn't even lock ! Thank you for letting me move into a house where the underneath of the sink is held together by tape. Thank you for letting me live here for a month, taking my £100 off me 2 months ago to secure the property and still doing nothing about any problems with the house. All I ever get is that you're waiting to hear from the landlord, If you're really having so much trouble with the landlord then maybe you need to rethink who you go into business with because I don't know who that is, I've never met them so you are the people I rely on, not them and I'm putting fault entirely on you and not them. The second I handed over my money I heard nothing of the girl that was meant to be sorting things, the amount of times I had to phone up to try and get things sorted out is ridiculous and the amount of times I've been ignored and basically left my myself is just horrible. Somehow you have made moving house even more stressful. I could go on and on about every time you have failed me and my daughter and don't worry I will be making a very formal in depth letter if repairs ever get done so I can i can include the times of how long I've waited. But all I have to say now is how shocked I am at your staff and their customer service skills - or lack off. Like I said once I handed over my money I was on my own, it is very clear to me that you are a company who only cares about money and not people. Although one member of your staff has been helpful and she is the only reason I feel reassured enough still be in the house now, I am still extremely dissatisfied with the shoddy service and care I have received. - so far, I really hope this changes.

FacebookI had a disappointing experience with my previous estate agent, but the moment I started to use Concentric for my sale, I felt like I was in safe hands. From the initial visit with Rebecca, to the number of viewings I had once I had listed, everything was handled brilliantly. I got my sale after only 3 months with Concentric, having been with my previous agent for 7 months with virtually no interest. The handling of my sale passed to Clare, who was so helpful and patient with me, even though I was a bag of stress over the whole thing. I moved last week and have to say, I couldn't have asked for more from an estate agent. Would highly recommend, in fact I already have! And thanks to all involved xx

GoogleAfter reading the reviews I was convinced Concentric Lettings would be a promising agency...how wrong was I. With having been in contact with a number of letting agencies, I can honestly say Concentric Lettings has been the worst of them all. They were completely unhelpful and shockingly un-professional with a bad attitude to top it off. I am now convinced that the positive reviews are by Concentric Lettings themselves, as I haven't the faintest idea how anyone could rate them as highly as found. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

GoogleMy experience with Concentric Lettings was of very high standard. Rachael who looked after me throughout the process provided a professional, friendly,efficient service. Rachael took the time to understand and care of my circumstances and needs and worked extremely hard to ensure i could move into my property when i needed to.The stress and pressure that can sometimes be a part of moving property was taken off my hands and paperwork made easier. If Rachael wasnt around when paperwork was needed etc she ensured that other members of the team were up to date with what was needed to be done so i didnt have to explain myself over and over. Excellent team work and top service would highly recommend Concentric Lettings.

GoogleIt was great speaking to Elisha who gave me a free Healthcheck. She was really helpful guiding me through all the legislation needed as a single property landlord. She gave me peace of mind, ensuring I am a keeping my tenants and myself safe. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
