We recently purchased a BTL property through Concentric, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Chloe was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, proactive, and always happy to help. She kept us informed every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. I have had two recent experiences in dealing with Chloe and Elisha at Concentric. The first, was a rental property of mine appraisal. I was that impressed with Elisha's unbiased advice and a positive plan for me going forward, I have now handed over the property to be fully managed by them. The most recent dealing was with Chloe and Elisha, was a complex situation with a property to sell. It had been with a previous agent for 10 months with one failed sale. Concentric took it on in October and had 2 solid offers within 2 weeks at the previous agreed sale price. Throughout the process, Chloe was excellent, keeping me constantly updated and professionally solving ongoing issues with ease through to completion. It was a pleasure to deal with both Chloe and Elisha, they go the extra mile and are so knowledgeable in their field. They have also sold another property for a friend of mime on my recommendation, they've also been impressed with the experiences. Thank you for all your help - Colin & Linda

I cannot thank Elisha and Chloe enough for the sale of our rental property. We previously had it with two consecutive estate agents which were very unsatisfactory and when we decided to move to Concentric it was a blessing. They are highly professional and skilled in their job, kept us informed every step in the process, regularly kept us updated and arranged many viewings to achieve great success. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again when coming to sell.

I recently bought a property Concentric had up for sale and dealt with Chloe and Elisha who were both amazing from start to finish. Any queries I had both with the process and the vendors were dealt with and responded to quickly. I spoke with them more than my own estate agents and solicitors! I will recommend Concentric to any friends/family putting their homes up for sale as they were professional and proactive.

I would love to Thank Chloe and Elisha at the Liverpool branch of the agency as they are doing a great job. I would recommend anyone to try their agency. The only feedback I would give is; the agency could be more proactive in dealing with property issues and follow up as there is always room for improvement. Hence the 4 star instead of 5.

I was thinking of selling my home and out of curiosity I contacted concentric to value my house and boom……… Elisha came round, my house was on the market that evening, the next day they organised a block booking of 10 viewings then the day after that I had 3 offers! Elisha had expert knowledge of the housing market and was very helpful and professional. She guided me on the sale price but ultimately let me make all the final decisions holding my hand through the whole process. I was then passed over to Chloe to deal with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. Chloe was just gorgeous and not only acted as my estate agent but also my councillor when my anxiety about the process and the time that the solicitors were taking, was through the roof. .She was always there as a voice of reason and to bring me back down to earth when I needed it. She went out of her way to chase people up and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was so patient with me and I couldn’t of received a better service from her. Genuinely, thank you girls for guiding me on this journey to getting my dream home.
