GoogleThis company manages several of my properties and I thoroughly recommend them. They're very responsive, friendly and professional. In particular, I can always rely on Elisha, Chloe and Tanya to manage my properties smoothly, get me out of the odd scrape and, not least, advise me on the professional aspects of property investing, which is invaluable to me. They also hold regular online seminars for landlords, which support us further. I feel I'm in very safe hands with them, which allows me to focus on building my portfolio, and they certainly have the personal touch, which is very important to overseas investors like myself who are taking big risks and need a local friend who's got their back. All in all, they've been an essential partner to me.

GoogleReally poor experience with Concentric. We have an HMO in Liverpool and, as friendly as the team are, they don't have a great understanding of how an HMO should be managed. There were particular failings where fire regulations are concerned, which we take very seriously, and nowhere near enough attention to detail in resolving problems. In the latter stages of our working relationship with them, we realised there was some maintenance work that needed doing in one of the bathrooms. We were given a quote for the work, and were informed by Concentric that the work had been completed. We then paid the invoice for that work, only to find out subsequently that it hadn't been done at all. They disputed this and we just decided to cut our losses and our ties with them. They are expensive and I don't feel that their knowledge and experience of the market and its regulations is a fair representation of the fees they charge, or the service that they provide.

GoogleThe girls at Concentric are just lovely to deal with. After owning a house, I was sceptical about renting again. Chloe was so patient answering all my questions etc. Elisha was there for handing over the keys and made it all so quick and easy. Now I'm in the house, they're so easy to contact with any concerns.

GoogleRecently attended a Webinar with Lucy and Dawn regarding the current housing market and upcoming changes to legislation. I think its amazing that a Lettings Company goes out of their way to educate people. The knowledge and information shared was welcomed and gives me an idea of what we'll be up against in the next 12 months or so. Thank you so much for taking time out of your evenings to hold this event. Look forward to further educational webinars in the future.

GoogleI highly recommend any viewings or lettings with the Liverpool branch as they're professiona,l communicative and incredibly friendly. Myself and my boyfriend had a viewing with the lovely Chloe who (very patiently might I add) answered all my questions about the flat and then some, despite the boiling hot day. Big up Chloe!
