I'm Gio the local Director of a National winning award business that has just won the Best National Sales and Lettings at the EA Masters. My background is being a Senior Bank Manager of local branches so my understanding of finances will assist my client in making good sound decisions. Being a landlord aswell will assist landlords with the current issues of managing their properties and portfolios. Having a broadband of these skills makes it a real asset in the Estate Agency world. I have founded EweMove Liverpool, and now alongside my associate Luke we help people move into their dream homes

GoogleGio and the guys were great throughout the whole process! Regularly in communication and always working for everyone’s best interests. On our completion day, when solicitors were frustrating us, Gio was very proactive and made sure we were in and sorted. Highly recommended estate agent.
