I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. From day one, Joe was calm, professional and in control of the whole process. I found Joe very easy to talk to about any queries or concerns I had. He was never flustered and filled me with confidence. Joe took great pains to market the property on every possible platform which resulted in a lot of interest and viewings. Joe was proactive throughout the process and followed up on every viewing to receive feedback, which was communicated to ourselves. We were kept updated on any developments throughout. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. Despite this, Joe's motivation never waivered and I felt reassured that the sale and marketing of the property was in the best possible hands. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price. I would not hesitate to use Ewe Move again and can't recommend them highly enough.

This was our first interaction with EweMove and I was very impressed with their service all the way through from the initial viewing to completion. Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Joe and Giovanni visited us on a bank holiday Monday at a time to suit us, took time to get to know our property and talked at length about our valuation and strategy for the marketing and sale of the property. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest. Joe managed our offer perfectly helping us to get best value and he was constantly in touch updating us with all progress throughout the sale. It felt like a friend who genuinely cared was looking after our sale. This has been our smoothest house sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend Joe from Ewemove.

Unfortunately, our experience with this estate agent (Giovanni) as first-time buyers was quite disappointing. Following the agreed sale, communication became inconsistent, and his manner was often unprofessional. We received documentation from Giovanni listing the incorrect property type, and he told we us we were wrong with an attachment for the corrected document. Coordinating the EICR proved unnecessarily difficult, despite providing advance notice regarding the time required. There was also confusion regarding who we were dealing with on completion, his team informed us Giovanni was off work and that someone named Joe would be handling things, yet Giovanni continued to communicate with us directly, adding to the lack of clarity. Most notably, the keys were handed to us through his car window, which felt dismissive and unprofessional outside a property on a public road ‘we shouldn’t have driven down’. Overall, the service did not meet the standard we expected. We would certainly advise to avoid this estate agent, particularly if buying outside of South Liverpool, as Giovanni expressed on numerous occasions ‘well I work in South Liverpool’, so perhaps this was the issue.

From start to finish Joe at EweMove’s service was completely flawless. He made, what could of been, a stressful situation, selling our house, into a peaceful transaction. He was highly professional, with selecting candidates to view, upon our requirements. He always turned up before the clients and staged our house immaculately. Everyone that viewed, was block booked, and vetted, that they had the means to buy. And in a short space of weeks, we had two buyers bidding for the property, which resulted in the price, that we was looking for. I can not praise Joe enough, for all the work he put into making our move complete, even turning up on the last day and wishing us well, for our move. What a lovely man he is. The only downside is, we wont get to see him or speak to him much anymore!

Ewemove miles ahead of the completion Jo from ewemove over saw the sale of the property I bought. He actually represented the seller not myself (the buyer). My estate agent was very poor and appeared to lack the drive fo chase buyers/sellers for out standing documentation which was slowing down the chains completion. Although Jo was not hired by me, he went above and beyond to answer any queries I had and to chase any out standing documentation that was needed. Jo had his finger on the pulse so to speak and was always first to update me (Miles ahead of my estate agent and solicitor) If I was to buy or sell again ewemove would be my one and only choice

I recently bought an apartment in Liverpool City Centre. The seller was out of the country on regular work trips making communication for myself and my solicitor quite frustrating. However, Giovanni of Ewemove was able to facilitate a direct line of communication with the seller and really helped speed the process up. If you are thinking of selling your house you will be pushed to find a better estate agent than EweMove Childwall. We dealt with Luke when selling Dad's property and he took the stress out of the whole process for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and approachable. Luke was very proactive, he managed to get us a lot of viewings very early on and managed to secure an offer within 6 weeks. This was no mean feat as it was shortly before Christmas, not the best of times to be marketing your property. What I loved about this estate agents is the contactability. Luke was always one step ahead, I never had to chase him for information he was constantly updating me via phone call or text. Throughout the whole sale procedure you are assigned one agent and this just makes things so much easier. Not all estate agents are the same and it can be frustrating when phoning and having to repeat the same conversation with many different people. All in all I can highly recommend EweMove Childwall and Luke in particular. He managed to turn a stressful process into a simple one.

We decided to put our house on the market in October 2020, and contacted a couple of agents for quotes. Giovanni responded extremely quickly, gave us an early appointment. When he arrived at our property he was clearly very professional, extremely knowledgable and really personable. Arriving in the midst of Covid regulations, he was Covid secure and warm friendly and at ease with the situation. We stopped seeking further quotes for the sale of our house as, for the cost and the package he offered, together with the professionalism one displayed, we were sure that we were making the right decision. He was full of great advice in relation to the preparation of the house for sale and he took all the pressure off the process off us, and took responsibility for a day of showing viewers around our house. After that day, we had a number of potential buyers, and managed to achieve a sale price above our asking price. If you are looking to sell your house, with an agent who is responsible, knowledgable and personal and professional, look no further. Giovanni delivers a first class service and the Ewemove package is excellent.

We recently sold our house with Ewemove (Childwall, Woolton and Aigburth). We cannot recommend Ewemove and particularly Jane D enough. I was slightly nervous about the process but Jane made everything run smoothly. The pictures she took for the sale made the house look amazing and made even better by the plants and props that she used to dress the house. It really was an exceptional service that we know we would not have got from all the other high-street estate agents. When it came to viewings and offers we knew we could trust Evemove and Jane D 110% and she really did get us the best price for our property. Jane D at Ewemove was with us every step of the way and worked extremely hard from valuation, preparing photographs/sales materials, viewings, getting the best price for us and then ensuring the sale ran smoothly for us once agreed. We knew we were her number 1 priority and would not use anyone but Ewemove in the future.
