EweMove Sefton Park reviews

We recently sold our house with Ewemove (Childwall, Woolton and Aigburth). We cannot recommend Ewemove and particularly Jane D enough. I was slightly nervous about the process but Jane made everything run smoothly. The pictures she took for the sale made the house look amazing and made even better by the plants and props that she used to dress the house. It really was an exceptional service that we know we would not have got from all the other high-street estate agents. When it came to viewings and offers we knew we could trust Evemove and Jane D 110% and she really did get us the best price for our property. Jane D at Ewemove was with us every step of the way and worked extremely hard from valuation, preparing photographs/sales materials, viewings, getting the best price for us and then ensuring the sale ran smoothly for us once agreed. We knew we were her number 1 priority and would not use anyone but Ewemove in the future.

Had a great experience with Ewemove estate agents from beginning to end. The estate agent Luke Webster was always happy to help. Any questions I had, no matter how big or small he would answer very reassuringly! He made the whole sale process as stress free as possible. Really appreciate all the help and support given. Thanks Luke & Ewemove sales , very happy client! 🙂

Thanks to Ewe Move and particulary Giovanni for helping us market and sell our apartment in Liverpool city centre, Gio was super professional, efficient and very friendly to deal with as we went through the process. Friendly agent and keen on availability but lacks knowledge in digital work. Maybe is not important for other people but was super important for us to have everything in good shape and on time, which we haven't. If we had had a signed contract from the counter party with a date of entry at the corresponding moment we would have started that tenancy. Best of luck

My flat had been on the market for over a year, with no success. Giovanni at Ewemove was recommended to me by a friend. Gio was extremely friendly, and gave good, honest professional advice on presentation and marketing of the property. Within days, Gio was conducting numerous viewings and I soon received a number of offers. Once I had accepted an offer, the agent stayed involved, keeping dialogue open between all solicitors and parties. Not a single call, text, or email from me went without a reply from Giovanni. I am pleased to say that my sale completed last week. I actually recommended Giovanni to a friend of mine last month. Giovanni had their property sold within two days! I haveno hesitation in recommending Giovanni at Ewemove.

Gio was our agent selling my mum's house after her passing. We would not have been able to show people around due to shift work and living 16 miles away so the sale of my mum's house is solely down to Gio. Big thanks from us and keeping us updated with calls, emails and texts. Gio must have shown 10/15 people around and the team are pretty organised so they are well worth dealing with. 10/10 from us. Thanks for sorting that for us. Professionally done!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage, were always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, including out of hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service, would highly recommend.

We have recently used Ewemove in Childwall to purchase a property and let it out. Giovanni has provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. The purchase was painless and he also supported us in renovating the property by sharing his extensive local knowledge to point us in the direction of some great local builders. Once complete, he provided a competitive price to let out and manage the property. He let the property out within a matter of days and the new tenants moved in very quickly afterwards. Not only did this make the process very efficient, it meant that we could turn around the purchase, complete renovation and letting out of the property in just a few months. We would whole heartedly recommend him and Ewemove Childwall to anyone selling, buying or renting properties.

I had been doing the rounds of estate agents with little no success. Some not even bothering to return phonecalls. I then discovered Ewemove and Giovanni Tummino. Giovanni and members of his team went out of their way to ensure that all my questions and queries were answered with promptness and efficiency. I would totally recommend Thier service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I met Giovanni Tummino at the valuation stage. I expected the usual condescending 'sale speak' but nothing could have been further from the truth. From the offset I was confident that the property was in good hands and I wasn't let down. I received a solid offer within days and throughout the process I was regularly given updates by text or email so I always knew exactly how things were progressing. On occasion, and when appropriate, Giovanni was happy to liaise with other professionals involved in the process on my behalf, which he managed with skill and expertise, which was much appreciated. A truly professional service all round which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I have recently sold my property through EweMove, my agent Giovanni was excellent. He supported my husband and I from start to finish and went over and above what was expected of him. He was always on hand to answer my questions and queries and was quick to resolve them. Giovanni never seemed to be 'off duty' as would answer my calls and text messaged out of hours. I would highly recommend Giovanni and EweMove to others.

Our first experience with EweMove was so impressive. Our estate agent Jane was very professional and courteous, any questions we had were answered there and then. We were allowed to look around the property at our leisure and never felt under pressure to make a decision. So happy we chose EweMove and would definitely recommend them to our friends/family if they are looking to move home in the future. Linda & Andrew Colebrook

Giovanni really gave a personal touch to the service. Tried to market the property with two other agents and they were unsuccessful. Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have recently rented our house using EweMove Childwall. We were very impressed with how it was handled by Giovanni, he was so prefessional and it really did take any stress away from us as he looked after every detail. I found Giovanni to be very friendly and approachable so it's no wonder our house was rented in less than a week! Top service, highly recommend.

We recently rented out our house on Elmswood road through Ewemove and had the best experience with them. Jane was absolutely amazing and made a process which is usually very stressful very easy for us. We could not have asked for better customer service! We are so thankful to have had Jane to help us with it all.

This review is for Giovanni who manages the Liverpool Childwall office of Ewemove. We were buying a house that Giovanni was marketing. Throughout the whole process, Giovanni adopted a decent moral and principled position, and always provided sound advice. He really is the finest example of an estate agent who cares about what he does and the people involved. He has our heartfelt thanks.
