Great service from start to finish, really helpful & kept me in the loop at every Milestone, on the Robinsons side, I'd like to thank Rachel for keeping me updated, and answering any questions I had.I would also like to mention Sam Hogg (who was recommended via Robinsons), who went above and beyond in regards to helping me procure a fantastic mortgage deal; replying over weekends, answering my queries (no matter how banal), and overall providing a service that I'd recommend to any buyer.

Very impressed

After a considerable time using other local agents to sell my home and no offers, I handed my property to Robinsons in Durham. Their manager Keith, Sales team Stacey, Anne and Julie and basically everyone in branch really went over and above their duties to work with me and facilitate my sale. Every aspect of their service from A to Z was meticulous and really can't be faulted at all. Their Rental team again were amazing from start to finish especially Bethany. I can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

Pure Joy ;)

Robinsons Darlington dealt with my purchase of a house at Newton Aycliffe.Each time I called them - they answered the phone.Each time they said they'd get back to me - they did.The staff were professional and reliable, with a strong outward confidence and maturity that instilled trust and assurance in me throughout a long and complicated purchase.On an individual basis, I dealt mostly with a lady called Joy. I'm not sure I have the vocabulary to explain how truly brilliant she is at her job. If I owned a company, I'd want Joy heading up my team. She is the consummate professional and one of the most tenacious people I have ever encountered. Her ability to track down and report back information would shame a Fleet Street reporter.If Joy is representative of the other staff at Robinsons then every other estate agent in the North-East should be quaking in their boots and wondering how they can step up to the mark.Does she bring in huge sales? I've no idea. Does she make an excellent cup of tea? You're guess is as good as mine. Does she sing like an angel at the Christmas Karaoke? Perhaps! On these things I have no idea, but I'll tell you what I know for sure. She provides the level of service that we all hope to receive, but rarely get. She does the job that ALL estate agents should do, and she does it exceptionally well.It may sound like I'm making a little too much noise, but in this day and age it is rare to find anyone or any business that actually gives a service you feel impressed by, so when it happens, I like to make some noise.It's easier to get a round of drinks from me than it is to get five Stars, so those first four stars are for Robinsons, but that fifth one, that very top one, is exclusively for Joy because she earned it.Thanks Robinsons!Thanks Joy :)

I have bought and sold a few properties so I can comment from experience, Robinsons of Sedgefield go out of their way to ensure everything goes without a hitch while continuing to liaise with me and been a conduit to sellers, venders and solicitors, Sharon and Jade are always available to take your calls and answer questions, but a special mention to Ryan who seems to be available 24/7 to assist and advise. Absolute Excellence

Having been badly burned previously by another estate agent I was more than excessively apprehensive, stressed and even terrified to sell another house!! I’d found a house I liked, had an offer accepted which was all handled by Robinson’s without any issues and then I met Sam the manager. I spoke with him about wanting to auction my house, about my lack of knowledge and more importantly the fear I had following previous experience. Sam was amazing, he was professional but very friendly, informative and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, never once did he try to persuade or pressure me in any direction and I think at some point I’ve spoken to all of the staff at Bishop Auckland and found them all to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Sam took all the stress away, he always kept in touch with updates and changed my perception of estate agents Completely. I’m now living in my new home and my old house sold very quickly under the watchful eye of Sam in just a matter of weeks. He dealt with the minor hiccups promptly and made the whole journey of buying and selling property simultaneously so much easier than I could ever have hoped for. I would have no hesitation to recommend Sam and his Team. They deliver excellent service, communicate well and really do look after their clients.

From the start with Ryan coming out to the property to value and put together the brochure and a fabulous video which we feel sold the property. Sold our house via Robinsons. They did a great promotional video which was included in the service charge and the house sold in no time. They kept us in the loop way better than the solicitors did. Easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend Robinson’s estate agents and would definitely use them again. We both bought and sold through Robinson’s Darlington branch and the girls where lovely and so helpful throughout especially Kathrine Quinton on sales and Joy Cruddas on sales progression. Nothing was a problem and they always went the extra mile to help us and to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I hope Robinson’s appreciate how lucky there are to have them as part of there team! I’ve used various estate agents in the past and in my opinion Robinson’s are the best there is. At last, a great estate agent.

I was looking for the right agent to rent my house for a while. I live abroad so I had to be sure. Robinsons estate agent was recommended to me. Being a bit nervous as I am not in the UK it was important that I felt confident. I spoke to Donna who was absolutely amazing. She put my mind at rest and answered all my many queries. Saying it is one thing but they really delivered. I spoke to Rob a few times who was very helpful and always returned my calls which with many agents this doesn’t happen. Donna elevated all my worries and within no time a suitable Tennant was found. I have had no issues with my tenant at all. She thought of everything and made the process stress free for me. The best estate agent serving Ingelby Barwick

Renting and selling 2 different properties at the same is very stressful but the team at Robinsons are amazing. Helpful always getting back to me despite me ringing all the time and very professional. They work for the landlord and Tennant and Donna is amazing on lettings. Her and Rob on lettings are so good.Chris and Victoria are brilliant on sales. Can’t fault them

Can’t fault them, first class service. Mark is so caring and a genuine man. Nothing too much for him and even when i was asking something which was probably OTT he tried but also was honest at what we could expect and reset our expectations. Very knowledgeable and knows his market. They only charge you if they do the job I just wish I had listened when they first came to see me a year ago instead I went for the what looked cheaper agent but in the long run they took their money set my expectations through the roof and didn’t do what was promised, Robinsons did exactly what Mark said they would. 100% recommend very trustworthy

From the initial contact, taking photos and video through to completion they were responsive, professional and nothing was ever too much trouble.
