Sedgefield Team: Exceptional Service

Massive thanks to the team, Ryan, Sharon and Jade at Robinsons Sedgefield for the first class service we received throughout the sale of our own home and the purchase of a new one. The initial advert, photos and video completed by Ryan were of a very high quality and appear to be head and shoulders above similar services offered by other local estate agents.Communication was excellent and nothing was ever a problem. Just sold our late mother’s house through Robinsons Sedgefield. From the very start Ryan was the true professional. Totally understanding the emotional journey of selling the family home. He was there with support and kind words, explained the process thoroughly and we did not have to worry. He did a fabulous job of marketing the home, with great photos and video. And answered our queries and question speedily and knowledgeably. Sharon and Jade in the office were ever so friendly and kept us up to speed with viewings and appointments. The completion went smoothly with everything taken care of and the final call informing us that we had completed by Jade was a lovely call and a relief and also the end of our journey with Robinsons.Form start to finish the team looked after us and made a very upsetting experience bearable and we cannot thank them enough.Vivienne Anderson

Jaynie and Claire from Lettings were…

Jaynie and Claire from Lettings were friendly, helpful and very approachable.Both gave us time and patience when giving information and when searching for properties that they thought we might want to view based on our likes and dislikes.It was evident that they were both organised and were able to fit short notice viewings in for us around viewings we had already booked with them earlier.Ken,who showed us around the properties, was very polite and informative and he went out of his way,during his own lunch break, to show us some of the local area,pointing out places where we could easily park and where we could get a coffee or something to eat.

We have dealt mainly with Nikki Bennett from the Marton office. She has always been very helpful and understanding from both our, and the tenant’s point of view, which really aided the exit of a difficult tenant in the last 3 to 4 months. Excellent service in Sedgefield

Excellent service from the Sedgefield branch! Having dealt with Ryan for several years when he personally managed our property (whilst we lived abroad), he was the most obvious choice when it came to selling our property. Ryan valued our home, took top quality photographs, created a video tour and immediately had viewings lined up. His service was flawless. I struggled with anxiety when selling the home and Ryan was constantly on hand when I needed help or support. He went above and beyond, reassured me and spoke to me like I was a person and not just a number. His personal approach outshines any estate agent I have ever dealt with. Throughout the process, even during the odd temporary hiccup with the sale both Sharon and Jade were helpful, supportive and demonstrated why they really are the best estate agents in the area. I first tried to buy a house 1 year ago through Michael poole the house was going through for around 8 month. Michael poole only contacted me when i put the offer in then nothing for months i was constantly chasing them and getting ignored so i decided to pull out off the deal and not deal with them again.Then i spotted this property through robinsons i was dealing with Becky all the way through she was very professional and contacted me on a weekly basis with updates.I didnt even have to chase solicitors Becky did all that for me and pushed the deal through alot quicker than i thaught it would take.Becky made buying my home stress free without any worries at all.I would 100% recommend Robinsons to anyone buying a home keep up the good work.

Initial visit to value our rental…

Initial visit to value our rental property was a very positive experience.Michael Hughes was was both very professional and very personable .He took the marketing photos there and then and we were very pleased with them .Micheal was very knowledgeable about the local housing market and realistic in his valuation. .The property was quickly put online and we had several viewing in the first week and a sale agreed by the end of the second week, far in excess of the asking price and our own expectations. The best service and advice .

We were selling our Mother’s house, and due to age and condition of her old property, it was a difficult task and we needed a lot of support and help from Robinsons. Our Mother had died near Christmas and during lockdown.Angela Hodgson was regularly in touch with me, and both solicitors and buyers.We were very impressed with the service. I chose Robinsons to sell my late father's house in Sedgefield because Ryan was so enthusiastic and I really believed that he would strive to get the best deal for us. We have just moved into our dream home and couldn't be happier. We still cant believe how lucky we are and how quickly and smoothly both the purchase and sale of our old property went once we'd had our offer accepted on our new home. Both transactions were handled with expertise by Victoria at Robinsons Ingleby Barwick. The whole team, in particular Richard (and Chris in the early stages) went above and beyond to ensure it all came together, keeping us updated almost daily. Fantastic in every way.

We sold our property through robinsons, the service has been outstanding. We have dealt with many members of the team however the main one being Gill Palmer who has been amazing, she's helped out all the way through and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, cant fault the service at all, extremely friendly, very professional and one of the very few parts of the sale that was smooth, easy and a pleasure to be part of.Terry also needs a special mention he was absolutly amazing from finding us a mortgage to saving our sale 2 days before we were due to move and doing everything he possible could to fix an issue caused by a third party. A shame for one to let you down

I have recently bought and sold through Robinsons - Sam and Natalie were wonderful and very good at their job, in fact, every other person I dealt with in that office was never anything short of lovely. However, the person I was dealing with (A), was rude, patronizing, and generally unpleasant to deal with. She made the whole process more challenging and I found her manner abrasive and rude most of the time. For that reason, I will not use Robinsons in the future to sell a home.

This is the third house that Robinsons have sold for us over the past 30yrs and yet again we have been extremely pleased with their service. Robinsons are ahead of the game as regards Online viewing.
