Seaford Properties is a family-run independent estate agency covering Seaford and the surrounding area. Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency. Rachel is in charge of Social Media and Nelis is the accountant. We are very much customer focus, high standards of service and attention to detail is paramount. We believe in an unhurried, personal approach to service, we take time to listen to your needs and help you find the best match for your next home.

Martin and Mercia provided excellent support in my mother's purchase of a retirement home (which entailed considerable downsizing and moving 300 miles south for her). The whole process, from initial viewing to completion, was handled with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity towards my mother which gave her and us confidence and helped her through a very stressful time.

Seaford Properties offer a dedicated and personal service which in my opinion is not seen from some of the bigger highstreet names, I would highly recommend and would definately use again..

A very friendly, family run business. They offer a personal, very professional service. Nothing is too much trouble. Being local people they know the market in the area very well. They also have very good relationships with local solicitors and an intimate knowledge of the legal requirements of house sales and purchases. They speeded the process so that when our property was sold the legal formalities were completed in 12 days, surely some kind of record. Their fees were very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company any more highly.
