Wonderful people

Martin and Mercia are a wonderful couple, and just lovely to work with. They made everything so easy, and were very patient as they helped find lots of houses to look at. We always felt that we were in very trustworthy and capable hands throughout the buying process. We love the house we have now moved in and are very grateful to Seaford Properties for their fantastic efforts in securing everything for us. I cannot rate them highly enough, and wish them all the success and happiness for the future. Thank you, from Joe and Claire!

Went Above & Beyond!

Dear Martin and Mercia, Thank you both for all your patience and understanding concerning my house purchase. You, especially, Martin, went above and beyond to reach an exchange and I do appreciate all that you did. May I wish you both continued success and happiness and thank you again for everything. With best wishes Sonia

Excellent, reliable service!

It took a long time to finalise our purchase partly due to Covid. Martin kept us regularly informed and communicated clearly and transparently throughout. Seaford Properties are very experienced and provided us with excellent professional advice. We appreciated dealing with a local family business who know the area well. We would recommend using their services without hesitation.

Went the extra mile, and then some!

This is a friendly, family-run agency with whom I purchased two properties in Seaford. With me, an inexperienced buyer, they were unfailingly patient and courteous, and helpful to a fault. Throughout the process, the Lamprechts were efficient and knowledgable and on the day of exchange, Martin personally intervened when my buyers' solicitors were dragging their feet. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Excellent service

Seaford Properties undertook the estate agent duties in relation to the recent purchase of my apartment in Seaford. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family run business. Nothing was too much trouble in assisting to overcome the inherent problems which can prevail in transactions of this nature. The owner has a legal background which obviously has many benefits with the advice given, his contacts with the vendor during the transitional stage of negotiations/completion and were of significant importance to the ultimate completion process. My comments are based on my experience and I would therefore reiterate my recommendation of this Estate Agent.

Excellent

Martin at Seaford Properties was absolutely brilliant when it came to us purchasing our property. Martin helped us with all our queries straight away and he was very kind and efficient. There were delays in purchasing the property due to other reasons but because of Martins' perseverance and support we managed to get there in the end. Thank You Seaford Properties. Thank you Martin.

Professional and courteous service

Martin and Mercia provided excellent support in my mother's purchase of a retirement home (which entailed considerable downsizing and moving 300 miles south for her). The whole process, from initial viewing to completion, was handled with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity towards my mother which gave her and us confidence and helped her through a very stressful time.
