Seaford Properties is a family-run independent estate agency covering Seaford and the surrounding area. Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency. Rachel is in charge of Social Media and Nelis is the accountant. We are very much customer focus, high standards of service and attention to detail is paramount. We believe in an unhurried, personal approach to service, we take time to listen to your needs and help you find the best match for your next home.

We have just completed the sale of my mother’s house through Seaford Properties. As the heading implies we were very impressed with the personal service Martin gave us throughout the rather protracted dealings. This was particularly evident, after having previously commissioned another local agent , where we dealt with different personnel on a monthly basis . Matin’s communications were always prompt and relevant and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Very refreshing to know they can be depended on not to leave your property unlocked for a few weeks and a bedroom light on for a few days. This is a friendly, family-run agency with whom I purchased two properties in Seaford. With me, an inexperienced buyer, they were unfailingly patient and courteous, and helpful to a fault. Throughout the process, the Lamprechts were efficient and knowledgable and on the day of exchange, Martin personally intervened when my buyers' solicitors were dragging their feet. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Seaford Properties undertook the estate agent duties in relation to the recent purchase of my apartment in Seaford. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family run business. Nothing was too much trouble in assisting to overcome the inherent problems which can prevail in transactions of this nature. The owner has a legal background which obviously has many benefits with the advice given, his contacts with the vendor during the transitional stage of negotiations/completion and were of significant importance to the ultimate completion process. My comments are based on my experience and I would therefore reiterate my recommendation of this Estate Agent.

GoogleThis is an independent agency. The owners are extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and keen to find the best match for their vendors and purchasers. Once the sale has been agreed, they do not just sit back and wait for the purchaser and/or vendor to call them to check progress, they are on the ball throughout the conveyancing process so can alert either party to possible 'situations' before a whole chain collapses. When I have purchased and sold properties in the past I have been so frustrated by having to keep 'bothering' (that's how I was made to feel) the respective agents and it is so refreshing to come across an Estate Agency that sincerely wants to make what is well known as one of the most stressful things people go through into a much less fraught experience.
