Seaford Properties is a family-run independent estate agency covering Seaford and the surrounding area. Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency. Rachel is in charge of Social Media and Nelis is the accountant. We are very much customer focus, high standards of service and attention to detail is paramount. We believe in an unhurried, personal approach to service, we take time to listen to your needs and help you find the best match for your next home.

FacebookFor over 2 years Martin and his wife have looked after many of my customers, many are elderly and venerable. They have always provided an exceptional professional service and have always provided a personal service to suit everyones needs. Many have highly recommended him to me, but don’t use Facebook. If you need an honest and trustworthy agent to sell your home, or have an elderly relative, or a friend, consider asking Martin for his advice on selling or buying. I cannot recommend him enough.

We can’t thank Martin, Mercia and Salome enough for their amazing support to us during the sale of our family home. They knew we were dealing with a very emotional time and they dealt with us so sensitively and professionally. After presenting the house beautifully, they found a buyer almost immediately. Unfortunately due to Covid, the sale had a few ups and downs and took much longer than anyone involved would have preferred. However Martin kept us up to date regularly with specific information. We actually felt like we were dealing with friends and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in a heartbeat.

GoogleIf I could give a zero review I would. Seaford Properties were not interested in taking on the sale of my property which is in excellent condition. However, instead of being upfront and honest by saying they weren’t interested they passed details onto another company therefore breaching the data protection act (the GDPR 2018) and undoubtedly a dozen other codes of practice - without my knowledge. This other agent was then sent around to see the house claiming he worked for them (clearly some deal going on there) but research shows that his CV and past qualifications have been falsified. These people are confidence tricksters. Avoid at all costs.

Martin and Mercia at Seaford Properties are a rare gem in the property market. They were amazing to work with from the outset. Firstly, they set a realistic value on our property by suggesting we think about the lowest price we are prepared to take and advertising the house as "Offers Over...." .They kept us well informed about all visits, reporting on how each visit went. Martin has the ability to assess the likelihood of a buyer after each visit, which helped enormously to weed out time wasters. The house actually sold within ten days with people upping the offers over price. Thank you Martin and Mercia for all your help and guidance in the selling of our property.

I found Seaford Properties an excellent Estate Agency. From the moment I first contacted them about selling my home I found them professional and efficient in every way. Being a family run business, I really thought they gave the personal touch. I have never sold a house before, so I had a lot of questions. At Seaford Properties I had every part of the selling process clearly explained, and I felt comfortable to keep asking questions! When viewings were arranged I was kept fully updated at all times so I knew on a day-to-day basis exactly what was going on, and what the feedback was. Martin and the team went over and above at every stage. I always felt welcome to pop in the office to have a chat and get an update. They were always very welcoming on the phone or face-to-face. I can't recommend them highly enough! Selling a house is normally a very stressful situation, but Seaford Properties made it as smooth as possible.
