From our initial enquiry to moving in the team at The Storage Team, St. Helens have been amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble from helping us take deliveries, to booking rooms for us and they even help out when you're out of milk for a brew!

GoogleI can’t recommend high enough, right from the initial contact for price & availability the Customer Service was brilliant & nothing was too much trouble, staff always on site, well secured & dry ! Only thing I struggled with was not being able to access the unit after 6 on a weekday which when your working full time is difficult & would have preferred a 7pm closing time, all in all 5 stars Well Done Jess & Team & thank you the past 30 months has flown, thank you for all your help

GooglePerfect customer service from Jess . Such a friendly girl and nothing was too much trouble . My daughter signed up for storage for 6 months , we had seen a few storage facilities but this one was by far the best for price , location and cleanliness of the units . I would certainly recommend using The Storage Team .

we went to look around the Chesterfield site as maybe needing some storage at some point in the near future. The facilities were very good & clean and the staff were very helpful. Definitely would recommend to friends & Family etc.

GoogleVery professional and obliging. Couldn't be more helpful or flexible if they tried. Kerry, Jess and Holly have been very courteous and polite throughout my rental period with Scunthorpe Self Storage/The Storage Team. The units are spotlessly clean, very well maintained and very secure. If I needed to use them again I would not hesitate in doing so.

GoogleIn past few years, I was always provided with best prices! I was always informed about my rent due, here was an employee called Sophie. She always take care of my storage units, she helped me a lot, I don't know what I would do without Sophie, I would be completely lost! Miss Sophie is the best girl in the world! <3 love you

Staff at the York store are very friendly and helpful, the storage was pleasant experience and the facility is very secure. Access hours open past the reception hours was extremely helpful and I’m thankful for this service.

GoogleI am very happy with the facilities here, it is very easy to use even though my space is on the first floor. No problem having a trolly +, lift just for goods and easy stairs for people, even for an old girl like me at 77. The staff in the office can not do enough for you and are very willing to help if needed.

GoogleI have had excellent service from the moment I phoned for a quote to store items. Helpful and knowledgeable and always a friendly welcome when I visit the container. it doesn't matter who is on duty. I can't recommend them enough. PS the Girls do like a Victoria Sponge cake now and again, especially on a Friday not a lot to ask i feel
