GoogleExcellent service. We couldn’t be there at the time of loading the unit, but communication between ourselves and movers was excellent. Ongoing communication is top notch and a great help. Highly recommended. We had to knock a star off due to pricing. But the extra we are paying compared to others is worth it if the excellent service continues.

GoogleExcellent facility with exactly what I require, that been moving house and wanted to put some items away for the viewings etc. The locker is ample for my needs, well ventilated, cool (even in this 30degree weather) and with ample privacy in that you never feel like your are been watched. The ladies in the office are always really helpful and on the occasions I have been in phone contact they have been superb. Need to ditch your stuff/treasures somewhere out the way while people nosey around you home looking at your life from a material point of view stick it in storage.

Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.
Ryan, We are saddened that you have left such a poor, inaccurate review of our services. When you reported a small amount of mould on a couple of your items in July, which may or may not have been present before the goods entered our facility, our team did their utmost to help. Offering to help you relocate the items to an alternate unit right away, but you elected to leave them in the same unit. We pride ourselves on quality and service, thus have had no other reports of such cases in our 3 years’ operating in Skelmersdale. In regards to access times, these have not changed from the point of agreeing the rental of the unit. We believe that an appropriate resolution has now been found and wish you well for the future.

GoogleStaff are so helpful and friendly, I’ve dealt with all 3 of the ladies in the office, Chloe, Jess and Laura. They are so welcoming unlike other companies where it just feels like a Business deal. They are compassionate and understanding, the units are clean and secure and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone that needs storage. 11/10 from me!
