FacebookWe’ve just sold our house through Bella, the initial meeting was with Dan whom was very knowledgable and gave good advice. We then sold the house (3 times) due to covid and other reasons. Each time the sale fell through it was back on the market and sold within days again. Most of the communication was with Jemma who was available all the way through the sale and kept in contact with updates. Fantastic team at Bella and would highly recommend.

GoogleAppalled. They deserved 0 star, but I couldn't publish this review without giving 1*. I've never written a bad review in my life, but after having rented a flat with this company, I feel compelled to advise everyone to stay well away from them. The heating in the flat wasn't working, and despite calling multiple times, nothing was done to fix it. This also occurred in the midst of a very cold winter. We had to call them probably about 20 times , and when we did, we were lied to and fobbed off. 4 months later, I lost my patience and had stern words with a lady called Mary and only then were we were given a portable heater which cost us a bomb to use. The real heaters were never fixed. After realising the landlord and the estate agents didn't give two hoots about the unsafe living conditions of our flat, we decided to move out. Also , take pictures of the entire property if you're seriously going to rent with these people after reading this review. They took money out of our deposit for things that were already damaged before we moved in. Unfortunately we didn't take picture when we moved in as we thought we were dealing with honest people. How wrong we were! What a headache.

GoogleWhat a horrible website! and they never call you back..rude. Terrible to navigate this website based on the search criteria and background colours regardless of the device your using. The usual tactics of keeping all sold properties on the site to make it look like they have plenty of stock but all that it actually achieves is to frustrate buyers when trying to find available properties, unless they start to include a (Do not include SSTC) called and left messages and also emails sent regarding properties but no reply. Even to just confirm if a property is still available or not. Just not a nice experience.

The staff are all friendly and really go out of their way to make sure your queries are answered. GoogleTerrible experience with Rob today see previous review (on a positive note the staff and usual estate agents seem nothing but helpful and considerate) Robert (one of the directors) offered no apology after making us wait in the cold (1 degree Celsius) for thirty minutes and when i asked him for an apology he became defensive and told my partners mother who was there with us we would never be renting with Bella properties. Very dissatisfied with how one of the directors of a company can have such flagrant disregard for potential tenants. Spoke to a lovely woman who told us she would address Rob with our complaints; she couldnt have been more apologetic and concerned about our treatment.

FacebookWould thoroughly recommend Bella Properties. They helped make a stressful time much more straightforward and were a pleasure to deal with. They kept us updated throughout which a previous EA hadn’t and sold our property within 2 months even though it was the quiet summer period.

FacebookFaultless service from Rob and Gemma. Recently sold with Bella and couldn't of asked for a better service. I had switched from another agent after my property had been sat on the market for 9 months. Loved the no nonsense approach from Rob. He had the property back on the market within a couple of days of instructing. The pictures that were taken were ten times better than what were up before. The property sold within two weeks. They are excellent value and can't recommend enough. Thank you.

FacebookI'm a tennant in a house rented through bella properties. Recently, our boiler failed. On a Sunday morning, at 10am, i called Rob on the off chance that he might answer, so i could let him know what had happened. Not only did Rob answer, but he had a plumber at the house within 2 hours! Then, less than 2 hours after that, he rang me back to confirm that the new boiler would be fitted within a few days. Unbelievable service!! Nothing was too much trouble for Rob, and he even offered to pick up some heaters from our landlord and deliver them to the house. ON A SUNDAY!! Overall i was massively impressed by how helpful and supportive he was. Can't thank you enough Rob, will be recommending you to everyone.

They went above and beyond to help us out as we don’t live near the property we were selling, collected keys from the old estate and dropped things off at solicitors for us. Can’t recommend enough. Two weeks later, our estate agent rang them to get details and they said that it’s being sold to someone else!! We have accepted a lower offer to speed the process up and now have nowhere to go.
