Georgia helped us every step of the way keeping us well informed and chasing solicitors and agents to keep us on track the whole way through. She made sure someone was there to help us in her absence when she went on annual leave and did everything she could to get to completion after a very long journey for us. Highly recommend the team especially Georgia!

GoogleWe’ve just purchased our second property through Bella estate agent . From us viewing the property to getting the keys was less than 4 (four) weeks! . We used Rands solicitors on Ashby high street ( who were also great ) . Who ever my wife spoke to in the office at Bella , nothing was to much trouble, they were all alway very helpful, professional & knowledgeable.

GoogleWould highly recommend Bella Properties especially Georgia. It's never easy selling a parents property after a bereavement but ours was handled really professionally. We had regular updates, nothing was too much trouble and after loosing our first buyer we were quickly back on the market and sold again, great job !!

Our initial sale fell through as we couldn't find a property we liked. As soon as this happened the house was back on the market straight away and a second sale in place within days. The Bella Properties team are always available to give advice on any aspect of buying or selling a home. We would recommend Bella Properties to anyone and everyone. A top quality personal service from a fairly new company with professionalism that seems as if they have been around for as long as the established agents!

FacebookBella Properties are by far the best people to trust to sell your home. Estate agents are an absolute nightmare. They overvalue your property to get your custom, they bombard you with jargon and sales patter and you can't believe a word they say. Then then charge you a fortune for the pleasure! This is not how Bella works. Honest, thoughtful and full of great advice even when your questions are stupid.We dealt with Rob and Jemma to sell our home and we're so impressed with their professionalism, commitment and advice to help sell. Nothing was a problem. We even bought our new house through Bella and the service was just as great.

His efficiency and enthusiasm kept things moving all the time, He even gave good advice on solicitors and other aspects of selling a home as first time sellers the extra support was great! Nothing was ever too much hassle Rob was always contactable and always kept us in the loop with regards to our property. FacebookCannot praise Rob and his team highly enough. We chose to sell with Bella on the Friday afternoon and when Rob returned on Monday to take photos he already had viewings lined up. By Wednesday lunchtime we had accepted an offer with the house only being advertised online 24 hours previously. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Rob kept us fully informed all the way through the selling process. One of my sisters has already recommended Rob which has lead to another sale for Bella... We completed our sale yesterday and Rob had gorgeous bouquets of flowers for myself and my sister which was a very thoughtful gesture. If you have a property to sell then we would definitely recommend Bella!

FacebookNothing was too much trouble for Rob no matter what time of day. Even spent a Friday evening liaising with my buyers financial adviser to make sure everything was running smoothly. Always polite and well mannered. Thank you for selling my property so quickly. Outstanding. Definitely recommend Bella Properties. He even came at the time I was handing the keys over to my buyer who was from London and presented us both with a huge bunch of beautiful flowers. Thank you Rob.

GoogleI have recently bought a house with Bella as the estate agents. As first time buyers me and my boyfriend were quite clueless and Georgia at Bella could not have supported us and helped us more. We had nearly daily contact with Georgia, keeping us in the loop and guiding us along the way. No question felt like a silly question and we were never made to feel like a pest with all the questions and uncertainty. At Bella they definitely go above and beyond their job roles.
